How to copy a formula in another cell

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forum


You have a few options


1. Select the cell, copy (Ctrl C), Goto the new cell Paste (Ctrl V)

How the copy works will depend on your use of the Relative/Absolute $ range modifier


2. if you want the actual formula you can eit he cell F2

Select the entire on tents (Ctrl A)

copy (Ctrl C)

Goto the new cell

Paste (Ctrl V)

because it is a formula the ctrl C and ctrl V is not working

use your arrow keys to select the cell. Press F2. then Press Ctrl+A, Then Press Ctrl+C


Then use your arrow keys to move to the cell you want to paste the formula.

Then press Ctrl+V
