Excel Formula help.

Hi ,


I have 4 requests where each request contains 50 to 60 users .This users may be 2 or 3 requests.I want to consolidate all the users and find out where they are same in 2 or 3 requests.

Have you tried using Pivot table or "Countif" function to get the unique records.

Hi,


I haven't tried "count-if". I will try pivot table.My requirement is the users should be in the Rows and the requests in the columns .I should get some information in the user Request column if the user exists in that request.

Make sure you use Countif not Count-if
