Excel Area Chart a possible?

I found a beautiful chart on the internet that was created with a special tool (spark shapes).
Maybe someone knows of you whether it is possible to design without special tools as a chart in Excel?

Well, i have neither tried to open the document you have attachment, but just a suggestion, if you have tried using Spark-lines-simple bar chart can produce similar effect.
