Easy Input technique for User

I have a spread sheet that have 19 fields but half of the field or cells need multiple information to create the input. For example, I have one field that has a sum of Principal multiplied by Interest Rate divided by 360 multiplied by 180. All of this information had to be inputted into the field. I have about ten fields that have something like this to be created with 10 fields. How do I make this easy for the user. I have seen pop-up form come up within a cell by clicking the cell. I am not sure how to do this.

I would think about using Data Tables for this

Data Tables, extend columns and formulas as you enter data
You can setup Data Validation in key columns etc

Hello,

First I want to thank everyone for the suggestions. I am new to working with Excel as more than a functional users. I simple do not know all the power of Excel. I am attaching the actual table that I mention about all the cell and some cells having multiple inputs. Again you will see 18 inputs cell but the final spread sheet will have about 25 cells for inputting. Again half of the cell will have multiple input to create the individual cell input. I only show four example of what I am talking about with the 4 blue circles. Can I get some tips on how to handle this. I saw the contextures video on updating. I am looking for the best solution for the ultimate user experience and reduction of error.

I am still having problem with creating this input forms. I am attempting to follow the example and can not understand how the 6 Apply names were created. Does Contextuser have videos available to give you directions on how this form code was created.

Can anyone give me some feedback on how they created OrderEntry range. I see in this link it was manually added around line 11.
