Date between another 2 dates

Dear All,

I need to identify whether date 1 is between today and 90 days back from today. Could you please give me a formula for this. Please see the attached document.

example, i just need to check whether 3/15/2018 is between 3/16/2018 - 6/14/2018 or not.

It would be worth deciding, then checking that the end dates come out as you would like. One of Hui's formulas is inclusive of end dates and the other excludes them, as it stands. A minor modification would reverse the conditions for either.
