I have added a small piece of code to automatically run an Advanced Filter when the value in the Data validation cell changes
I have also changed your data validation List to include a "Show All"
Both your data Validation list and List of Countries Playing had data which had extra spaces at the end of some text, I cleaned that up
Then I added an extra column to the table "Playing" which is a simple truth Column. It will return True if the Team is in Either column or "Show All" is selected
