Sorry , but I am not able to devote the time required to explain starting from scratch ; the basics are easily accessible ; a separate sheet tab Sheet3 has the data from which the chart has been made.
The list of candidates in the drop-down in K2 , has been generated using a pivot table in Sheet4 ; in order to have the list of candidates in the proper sorted order , an additional column called Candidate Number has been added to your data table in Sheet1.
The other parameters displayed along with the chart are through formulae which are straightforward ; if you have any doubts on specific issues , please let me know. The PASS/FAIL display has conditional formatting in cell L6.
