Count Blank Cells

Hi

I have 4 Columns namely:
A: anchor(Ram, Rita, Gita)
B: System
C: Product
D: Value

Each of the anchor needs to update this sheet with information regarding B,C,D against their name. How can i find how many Anchors have left how cells as blank or not filled their information. Attached sheet for reference.

Let's say you have a list of the names in cells f1:h1
Formula in f2:
=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$24=F1)*($B$2:$D$24=""))

The total number which are blank

=SUMPRODUCT(1*ISBLANK(B2 : D24))

You thought too hard about that my friend. Total blanks is easily found with:

=COUNTBLANK(B2:D24)

It looks like Narayan's formula in that workbook is only meant to work with a sorted list. OP's list is unsorted.
