Excel 365 has its own Filter formula as well. as explained in the following links:

The attached has a hidden sheet called ControlLists. The ranges named in these lists are what will be used in the userform, so you can name the named ranges as you like - no special prefix is used.
You can bring up the userform with Ctrl+i on the keyboard.
