To confirm, do you have the FILTER function available to you as a function in a worksheet formula?

With regard to the filter Function, yes I have it, just not the filter formula which is available on 365.
 
The attached has a hidden sheet called ControlLists. The ranges named in these lists are what will be used in the userform, so you can name the named ranges as you like - no special prefix is used.
You can bring up the userform with Ctrl+i on the keyboard.
