Copy Paste from pdf files

What is the best way to copy paste from pdf to Excel so that we dont have to waste more time in formatting, I want exact text as in pdf to be copied in Excel

There is no easy answer to this as each PDF file can behave differently

Loss of Formatting is pretty much guaranteed


There are a few free online File Convertors


You may want to start there


PDF's are notorious for not maintaining data tables across pages so be warned

To copy from PDF and paste to Excel, I would suggest the PDF Copy Paste software. PDF Copy Paste software allows you to draw a rectangle area around the charts, figures, or tables, and crop it out, and then paste into Excel with a mouse click!
