Conditional Formatting

If I have conditional formatting and it is if any cell is less than say 90, (providing there is a number in the cell) how can I do this? When there is nothing in the cell, it is also highlighted but that is not what I want. I can't get my head in the right place to get this, and know it should only take a minute to do.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

A Blank cell is also less than 90!

You may want to change your CF formula to be something like

=And(A1>0, A1<90)

Thanks Hui. I realised (after everything became coloured) the error I had made.

I have tried the formula you gave me and it works brilliantly.

Thanks for your assistance.
