Good Morning All,
I'm struggling with a Conditional Formatting formula. I have a spreadsheet with a "Manager" column that has a dropdown in it. The problem is that often the users "Cut and Paste" their entries thereby by-passing the restrictions that the dropdown list is trying to impose. Is it possible to use conditional formatting to highlight those "Cut and Paste" entries that do not match anything in the dropdown list? I would like to just keep the users from cutting and pasting altogether but if I lock the cells and the particular sheet, then they cannot make any entries at all.
Thank you in advance for any assistance,
Leimst
