Hi Excel germ,


I have two excel files namely 'E1' & 'E2'; want to find the text "Total" in 'E1'; pull the value of "Service Tax" and "Facilities Maintenance" under "Total" column as below; paste the values in excel 'E2' cell no a1 in the form of 272494.05+332752=605246.05.

1 Total

2 Maintenance / Building Service cost 346,616.67

3 Parking Charges 61,600.00

4 Service Tax 272,494.05

5 Operating expenses 554,586.67

6 Facilities Maintenance 332,752.00


Can you provide me code for d above pls?

no, bcoz i hv two file in different location which is downloaded from ERP.

i want to use "Browse" function; upon selection of the file, it should automatically pull the required data. Can you help me out?
