Check Digit Calculator (Mod 10) for an unbounded number Formula

I am in need of an excel formula that is capable of calculating a Check Digit using Mod 10 for an unbounded or very large number for which I do not have the limit. Can either of you please provide me the same? Thanking you all in advance.

Hello Folks: I have been to this link through the searches. But, did not get lucky over this. Can you please provide me the formula that will help me do it for an unbounded value. Help much appreciated in advance!!
