Chart formating issue

Hello,

I am trying to do the exisiting chart format to new chart by copying and paste special. But when i am clicking paste special pop up window isn't opening . Pl help i am using excel 2016

Select the first chart and Copy
Select the second chart
Now goto the Home tab, and Select Paste, Paste Special



Select Format from the new menu

Or put your arrow against the upper border of the chart area. It now is a small cross with arrows. While holding down the right mouse button, drag the chart window to the required place, release the button and select "copy here".
