cell format to decimals

Hi All,


I have 4 columns with whole numbers and decimals( close to 5m each) that I need to convert to a decimal with 2 places. normally I will /100 and that will take care of it, however when there a mix of whole numbers and decimals it becomes a nightmare, is there a function or code that will do it only whent is required
