Hi Guys,


Can anyone help me in preparing a Graph based on Pivot? or any suggestion?


I cannot send you the data (its official) I am not sure how to explain my problem, so please suggest.


Based on pivot maximum data range I have created another table but once the data is less then I don't want the graph should show me the blank spaces... :(


Can anyone suggest something on this?

Did you select the Y Axis and set Maximum and Minimum to Automatic


Did you try inserting a Pivot Chart instead of a Pivot Table ?

= Yes but not much difference Automatic?

= No not yet tried? Is this Pivot Chart is there in 2003 version? need to build a Custom Dashboard for one of my Client and they use 2003 v.
