averageif formaul with empty cells

I'm using averageif formulas
=AVERAGEIF(O6:O17,"<>0")
in cells and I'm getting #DIV?0! results where there is no values, the problem is that, when use the same formula for entire column have the same result if I have cells range with & without values.

Does work, but I need a final touch, which is average needs to calculate only the cells with results ignoring zeros, something like "<>0". Cell Q19.
