Respected Sirs,
We started to provide ratings to users based on the following -
1. Quantity - No of operations completed in a week (based on weekly data) - Percentage
2. Quality - No of operations completed with quality (based on weekly data) - Percentage
3. There are two parameters here - No. of notifications received and No of notifications issued. I am not able to figure out how to use these two values to arrive at a percentage.
Once we have the percentage value for 3, we need to get the average percentage value for a user.
Kindly let me know how we can go about to get this, the volume of data is very low. This is the only data we have.
Thank you very much,
with regards,
thomas
