If you bury a new question in an old post many will not answer as they will still see the old title and will not even have a look if they think the title does not interest them....New question...New post

good morning

a7 = 7/28/1981

b7= 7/30/1984

=DATEDIF(A7,B7,"y")&" years "&DATEDIF(A7,B7,"ym")&" months & "&DATEDIF(A7,B7,"md")&" days"

hope this solves your problem :) cheers

thanks

It is important to start new posts for 2 reasons

1. It makes finding and searching so much easier

2. You will get an answer quicker, because people look at the title of the post "About Excel 2007" and decide if they want to even look at that question. Had you started a new post Titled "How to calculate Age" you may have got an answer much faster.

A simple B7-A7 will give you the age in days
