I have attached the file for you to view. The drop down list is in the tab labeled "RN Nurse Indicator", in cell B1. This is the only tab that has the issue.
I have a dynamic chart that is controlled by a drop down list. When I select the drop down arrow and try to select from the list my pointer changes to this.
The other drop down menus in separate sheets are fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, I'm still learning how to understand the VBA Macros. I have been working with the form and found that when you add a new entry with the form it deletes the row below it in the Data set and then adds the data instead of adding a new row. Its causing me to loose data for the unit below...

I ended up adding a table in the Quarter Tab with a list of the Quarters and using the formula from bosco_yip =INDEX(Data!$A:$A,MATCH("zzz",Data!$A:$A)+COLUMNS($A:A)-5). I think it works.
