XIRR Calculation Num Error - 2 similar CFs

Hello!

I would like to ask about XIRR calculation, which is included in the attachment.
I have two questions:

1. Why XIRR is calculating for one Cash Flows and for slightly different ones (no material change) there is NUM error displayed. (Please see example in the file).
2. Why when we just change the starting date of the Cash Flows the XIRR can not be calculated, although it was calculated for different period?

1. Likely the calculation failed to converge after 100 iterations. If a rate that satisfies following equation is not found within 100 iterations, it will return #Num! error. Try adjusting optional [guess] value (percentage expressed in decimal number).

2. You have same dates in D15:CZ15 range.
For XIRR to work, all dates after 0'th payment date (d1) must be later than that date (where d1 = first date in range; i.e. initial investment date)
