Worksheet not anchored, slides around ...

I am using M365 Excel desktop app and find it very annoying that the sheets do not anchor to the grid. If you click & hold you can move the sheet around with the mouse, but it also pulls away from the top and left borders, so it is really floaty and can zoom off like a frisbee. This is extremely disconcerting and annoying and I want to make it behave normally. I suppose that someone in MS thought this would be a good idea to move quickly around the sheet but I want to turn it off!!! Can anyone tell me how to do that ??

these images to show how it pulls away from top & side:

Hi,
I'm unable to mimic this behaviour, nor do I know of any settings for this and I have never come across it before neither.
Are you maybe using some add-ons that might cause this?

Hmm, thanks for trying it out. Are you using M365 downloaded app?
I have opened a web-excel file in Office and it does not do it.
I have taken a video showing the version and the behaviour. It's a bit of a mystery. oh can't load video so just added snip of version.

I realise it's not the end of the world but I'd just like to be able to turn it on or off as I choose.

Thanks

I'm on the insider channel, so my version is a bit higher.
FYI, it's possible to upload small videos in animated gif format.
