a little more detail would be required , I dont know what a workload analzer is for a data entry job
if you give the details of what you want to enter and then what results you expect - wuld be a good start
perhaps mock up a sheet manually so we can see what you are after
also the version of excel you are using , as later versions have a lot more functions available
