Work Calendar

I need some help improving a work calendar. I have attached the original calendar. The goal is to make the calendar automatic. Essentially, I want to be able to automatically assign a buyer to a shift. When a buyer works on Saturday, they receive a comp day during the week, I would like this to auto populate as well. The funding section of the calendar can be ignored. There are ten buyers.

I doubt that any help will be forthcoming , because the format of the calendar is such.

Secondly , there is no data collected in one place in the workbook ; all it contains is calendars for various months , some of them with some data filled in , some blank.

It may be easier if the data is in the form of a list or table.
