Which should Best formated condition for blank Sheets when open new Excel file?

Dear All Experts,

Because some times though little data on excel, its have size in MBs

Which is default format condition of excel sheets when open new excel file?
if we press "Clear all button" what is the condition of excel sheet?

Or which best format condition should be when open excel? how to make it default?
that have little data & small MB?

Though , some formatting require in excel but how to optimise sheets?

Hi Chirag,
For understandable reasons we cannot ask you to upload a file, since that would not work.
Can you check the following (first few things that come to mind):
- do you reference many cells (full rows, full columns, arrays) in your formulas?
- Excessive use of conditional formatting?
- Pivot with the option "save source data with file"

Normally a new workbook is very light, like < 10 kb. I have personally not noticed that personalized themes, cell styles, slicer and pivot custom formats have a negative impact on file size.
So the default should be rather optimal to start with.

Hi !

As cells formating (including conditional formating) takes place
so format only rows with data and not empty rows …
