I am curious to know what others have put on their QAT as a starter I have the following:

Paste Value
New Workbook
Open
Document Location
Camera
Excel 2003 Pivot Wizard
Insert/Delete Rows, Columns and Cells
Form
Calculator
Clear (Filter)

QAT.png

All borders
Paste Values
Paste Formulas
Clear All (filters)
Paste Formatting
Sort A to Z
Sort Z to A
Page Setup
Advanced Document Properties
Manual Calculation
Automatic Calculation (I use these 2 more to just watch what I'm in, not to toggle)
Chart Wizard
PivotTable Wizard
Text to Columns Wizard
Freeze Panes
Print Preview
*The next 2 are custom macros I use when helping here on forums*
Unlock all passwords (worksheets/workbook protection)
Set Document properties (clears my metadata from file, sets a blanket statement)

I try not to put things on there that already have a single keystroke shortcut (such as Ctrl+P for print).

(Excel 2007 at work, as my 2010 version at home is different)
Print preview
Shapes
Insert Hyperlink
Gridlines toggle
Freeze/Unfreeze panes
Hide & Unhide Window
Arrange All
Switch windows
Paste Values
Paste Formulas
Undo & Redo
Two often used macros (one to copy an exhibit as a "Printed Picture" and one to enter the Cell function with the "filename" option into the selected cell)

Most of the time.. I use QAT, to place macro's shortcut.. For this workbook only..
So, for each xlsm file.. I have different QAT.
with.. System's default QAT.

at the time of placing QAT,
We have option to set up QAT, in all workbooks, or in this Workbook only..
I use mostly second one..
