Similar approach to @Hui:

A8 : =B$4+ROWS(A$8:A8)-1 ; Format "ddd"
B8 : ="Week"&IF(WEEKDAY(A8,2)>5,"end"," "&WEEKNUM(A8)-WEEKNUM(A$8)+1)
C8 : =A8 ; Format "dd"

Are you wanting to start each month with week 1?
Also if the month starts as a weekend the first monday will be week 2

Yeah. Every month would be started with week 1. Also if the month starts as a weekend the first monday will be week 2
