Web Query Error..

Hi All,

I'm stuck with a serious problem and have tried like 10 things to get this sorted out. Some one plz help.

I have many excel file set up with web query which fetches data from various websites. For last few days, the refresh is not working.. it takes forever or it hangs. For testing, I tried to create a new excel with web query and it gives me following error http://prntscr.com/7bglnk

1. Tried recreating the excel
2. Un-installed and re-installed the MS Office
3. Updated my windows 7 to SP 1
4. Upgraded my IE to 11. Did re-set to default etc.

None of these have fixed this problem and I have no clue why...

Any help is appreciated.. TIA !

Yes, I'm able to. Tried some googling last night & tried a few things. still it continues. Whenever I do refresh, it simply takes forever or just hangs (not responding) and I have to close it using task manager.

yeah.. dtz the problem. It seems to be working in other computers. I tried opening in safe mode as well. But really hv no clue why it is happening. I'm guessing it could be coz of some issue wid internet explorer browser but dnt know wht.. tried resetting etc.

Try to close all active applications and delete all files in TEMP directory
of active session (see TEMP system variable), then restart computer …
