Wasserfall Chart with variance

I am trying to create a chart showing the total for actual and plan for all areas and the actual and plan for each area as well. The variance between actual and plan should be shown. Could you please help on that?

I assume you want a waterfall chart
Have you read Chandoo's articles on those:

Also Excel 16 comes standard with a Waterfall chart option

Do you only want the Totals for Actual and Plan for each group or do you want the other items included as well?
