Want to Speedup my Excel sheet Operation without any data loss

Hi ,
i have created an excel data which is userful for getting data for a Single service , its fully functional but due to huge lines and formulas , its taking more time to execute , Need help in improve the loading speed ,



attached the Sheet for your reference , Please do the needful ,

im unable to Upload the file since its Huge in data , even it was converted to XLSB and ZIPPED ,

can any one suggest can i upload it on any other online uploader ?

Dropbox is good.

Also, can you specify version of Excel and if you are able to install Add-in (such as PowerQuery).

Often, PowerQuery can replace functions and is very efficient in crunching large data.
 
Powerpivot might also help as would limiting formatting and the use of array formulas, unnecessary entire ranges, etc...
Using as few volatile functions as possible will also help
Nonetheless you could eventually post a small sample?
 
This is definitely case of too many INDEX() and other formulas and many are dependent on other calculations.

Many of your tables in your dashboard looks like it can be done via PowerQuery, PowerPivot (or even regular pivottable) at a glance.

I assume 3 RAW sheets are your starting point?

I'm busy at work right now. Give me few days to study your set up. If someone else doesn't help you first.

By the way what version of Excel do you use?

Sorry couldn't get back to you sooner. Been flooded at work with multiple priority requests and been busy at home as well.
