My problem is

When i use vlookup function Each time it copies first value from multiple same name value. So first problem is it repeat the first value everytime and Second question The formula may check itself how may instance same name value occur after giving the value it ruturn noting

Azumi's solution seem to be working fine. He wrote in the worksheet that those were array formulas, but maybe omitted how to enter them, assuming that you were aware of that. If you select their cells you'll notice embracing curly brackets which denote that condition. They shouldn't be typed, but (array formulas) should be entered with Ctrl-Shift-Enter instead of just Enter.
