VLookup Supplier Names

Hi All,

I want to be able to click on a Supplier in the drop down menu on the PO Tab and all the address details are pulled through onto the cells under the supplier name, I know this is possible but I cant work out how to do this.

Can someone help at all??

Try,

1] Define Name >>

Name : Suppliers

Refers to: =Suppliers!$A$2:INDEX(Suppliers!$A:$A,MATCH("zzz",Suppliers!$A:$A))

>> OK

2] In B6 >> Data Validation >>

Allow : List

Source : =Suppliers

>> OK

3] In B7, copied down :

=VLOOKUP(B$6,Suppliers!$A$2:$G$1000,MATCH(SUBSTITUTE(A7,":",""),Suppliers!$A$1:$G$1,0),0)
