Dear Sirs, can anyone please help? I have 3 spreadsheets, two of them contain training information, history, the 3rd spreadsheet I download from another program. I want to take "Modules Passed %" and download this information to the selected trainees, I am trying to use Vlookup, I get it to work but there are multiple rows of the same information for each candidate and I get the wrong information in the wrong cell. This is hard to explain so have uploaded my files! The "Completion Status" box I have at present updated these cells manually but I want these cells to updated automatically using the information from the CatData spreadsheet using Vlookup. I want to manually past the CatData sheet on a regular basis and the two other charts update automatically, hope you can understand my question.
