Vlookup from Pivot table

Hi All,

In the given attachment, there are 3 sheets. From Pivot Sheet, I want to update the respective column count details in the summary sheets For eg.. In the pivot sheet, Name "Ameer Ali, Ashik Ilahi" contains wintel count of "30". This count is needs to update in the summary sheets to his name and column(Wintel) of corresponding cell.

Pls guide me on this.

Hi,
May be this in Summary Sheet, Cell R2:

=INDEX(Pivot!$I$5:$I$62,MATCH(A2,Pivot!$A$5:$A$62,0))

or this:
=SUMIF(Pivot!$A$5:$A$62,A2,Pivot!$I$5:$I$62)

Copy down...

For eg.. In the pivot sheet, Name "Ameer Ali, Ashik Ilahi" contains wintel count of "30".

Did you mean 32?

However pls be note that based on Row label & Column label from Pivot sheet, values need to be update in summary sheet.

In Pivot table, "Asokan, Priyanka" contain values in Backup & Network, this both values need to be update in Summary Sheet

I have used sumifs formula
=SUMIFS(Table15[count],Table15[Team],D$1,Table15[Resolved by],$A2)

actually i had fetched summary data from "Inc - Outflow" sheet not from pivot table

Then, change the range Pivot!$I$5:$I$62 to Pivot!$J$5:$J$62
