Viewing a Chart from Format Control?

I am a novice at Excel so can someone help me please, I have a Dashboard with a Format control box on my front sheet with the months of the year in, when I select a month of the year I want to bring up a chart, can some one please help, thank you.

The format control will not bring up the chart per se.


Generally a Chart is linked to a data area

The data area may extract data from a Data Source using in your case the Month/Year


Can you share the file for us to help much further
