Very Frustrating.. Print Size keeps changing.

So I made a worksheet and formatted it all nice and perfect. I wanted to put it into another workbook which is another project.


When I copy the sheet that is formatted and move it to the new file, The viewable printing area changes! In the original file I had everything fitting on the paper at 55%. When I move it to the new file the biggest it gets is 49%. I'm so confused!

I'd suggest to set both projects to use the same printer and paper size and try again.
 
Hui, When I copy the formatted file to a brand new workbook everything stays. When I copy it to the workbook I want to move it to, it changes. What do you think could be happening?


When I print it out, the print area seems to not be filling to the bottom. It has a big bottom margin. But the margin and every format transferred from the other file. This is really weird. and it is pissing me off.
 
After you have copied check the Page Sizes and Margins as well as Print Area and print Zoom Factor

You may just have to reset them all, simple macro if it is a regular task.
