Vertical and horizontal scrolling

I am creating dashboard, where I want to insert a scrollable chart which can scroll both horizontally as well as vertically. Is it possible to do so...
In attached file I have inserted vertical scroll. Now I want to insert horizontal scroll. so as it can be fit in dashboard.

Kindly provide the guide.....

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

Basically the same as you have done for vertical scrolling but use the Column position in the offset formulas
