VBA worksheet to MS ACCESS Table

Hi i want to export my worksheet to MSACCESS table through VBA. I have done through reading each row one by one but it take lot of time. Can u plz help me out to export worksheet data in MS ACCESS table in one time.

thanks vijay i have done with DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acImport method

Depends on what you're trying to do-----there are many ways to accomplish this.
