VBA to find the delivery against goods receipt

Dear Gurus,

Pl find the attached file in which highlighted area is the required format of the input that is given in column range B to J.
Requirement is to find the delivery against each receipt quantity against PO using macro.
In a case the quantity is not received in a single receipt,system should map/match the delivery and partial receipt.
The number is contents in columns B to J will vary...will be "N" numbers,output is like the highlighted thick border one

He asked for an additional requirement,which inturn will be given as input to the file which was discussed earlier.
