vba to change set of cells from % to "date" when % > 100?

I am trying to develop my first vba, and keep hitting a brick wall. Any help would be appreciated.

You can do that by simply using a Custom Number Format

Select the cell/s
Ctrl+1
Number Tab
Custom
Type [<=1]0.00%;[>1]dd mmm yy;0
into the Type: dialog
