VBA Project Password/ Macro Run Menu..

Hi..

I have an Excel file where I wanted to run my own macro. But when I go to Developer-->Macro menu, I find that there is already one macro available, and only Run and Cancel buttons are enabled. All other buttons are disabled.

Require help ##

1. How to activate other buttons.
2. If present code is password protected, how to crack that password.
