VBA or Formula to populate network hours worked

Hello, I have a sample spreadsheet attached that i need to get the working hours to populate in cell S2, Start date and time is P2, stop in Q2. Our holidays are listed, and the work week is Monday thru Friday 0800am to 5pm. and this will run throughout the year. Any ideas? Thanks for all help provided.
