VBA for day to day activity with external run software

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to create a VBA for day to day activity which contains below are the follow steps.

On running the macro I am ending up with empty excel file.

Please guide me where i am going wrong.

Is this possible to do with VBA?Thanks in advance.
