Vba for creating multiple sheets based on specific criteria from existing sheets

I have some sheets with data organized differently than what i want. I need a vba to copy rows containing data from the original sheets create new sheets based on the criteria and paste the data into the new sheets. The problem is i have 1000s of data points. Can someone please help me out.
