I am figuring out how to add the previous data that is 2800 * 54 week, because I have added 406 employees
data into this forum as sample file.

Once done I will upload.

Please upload the latest file once done.

Its very difficult to upload previous years data.

I think its not required for me also previous year comparison, I am looking for only week on week and month on month and Qtr and Qtr comparison.

Can u please do the needful.

That should not be a challenge.
As I have tried to tell ...
It's possible to do easy way or easier way ...
Anyway, You gotta collect data and
after that You copy/paste those manually week by week or
You could ask to do 'one more button' which makes previous 'automatic'.

I have tried to get the data, but unfortunately its not available due to one of our employee his laptop outlook PST crashed, he is handling the data previously.

Please do the needful in our old file only..

What? Have anyone heard term backup before?
Check Your previous file, if NO extra week-data-sheets then there are all four weeks. ... only that 'not work anymore'-function is missing.
