Values of Pivot Table to be used in worksheet

Hi.. I have made a pivot table.. that is working fine. Now i have to paste the values of a particular column (J) into another column (C) on the same worksheet. I am doing this simply by using "=" (equal to) sign. But the problem occurs when in the original spreadsheet i add or remove some values of the original sheet, owing to which the whole thing gets messed up.

Freeze the cells using $ for example if C2 = J2 Change to $J$2.

Your cell reference is showing as

=GETPIVOTDATA("Spent/Debit",$I$5,"Category","Conveyance")

presumably you typed = then clicked on cell J6


rather than doing this, can you try typing =$J6 into cell C6 then dragging it down?

You can try to do this using SUMIF() or SUMIFS() function from your raw data
