Using VBA in Excel to attach a file and email thru Gmail

I have an Excel spreadsheet with a button on it. I want the user to be able to click the button, the code would open their Gmail account, then add the current Excel file as an attachment, prepopulate the subject line and the body of the email, then automatically send the email.

Can anybody direct me to any sources that shows how to do this?
