using Transpose indirect formula from many sheet to new workbook

Hi .. I have a file which has many sheet .. data are in row and a summary file where data is transposed in columns .. in the sheet , it is done , how can i transpose thes data similar like this .. to a new workbook

Once the data is transpose how can i have sum of D3 cell etc.. it is self explanatory in the attached file

there are two BK .. cell D3 and BK at cell D8.. which is 7291.11 and 9113.9

=SUMIF($D$3:$D$8,D$10,OFFSET($D$3,,MATCH($C12,$E$2:$Z$2,0),6))
